Carlos Paulino played professional baseball in the Dominican Republic, and has many years of experience managing young players. He is the Manager/Trainer for the CSM, Inc. Baseball Academy in the Dominican Republic. Carlos studied law at the Universidad del Caribe.

The CSM Academy has produced 15 professional players since its inception in 2007. CSM Academy graduates include current MLB prospects like Luis Mateo (NYM), Maikel Franco (PHI) and Brenny Paulino (DET).

Aside from Carlos Paulino, the CSM Academy employs 6 full-time coaches that work to improve the players’ skills in the following areas:

• Baseball Fundamentals
• Live-Game Action and Practice
• English Language
• Financial Management
